recursive Fibonacci
The program calculates a Fibonacci number using recursion. It also
displays the calculations step by step to show how recursive calls
work.
The input range is limited to 0 - 20 because the recursive algorithm
becomes very slow for larger values.
The user will be punished for entering a number outside this range.
There is no possibility to correct the input - the program
automatically sets the value to 10.

To try the program, enter a value into STDIN first, then click the
Run button.
Enter a number from 0 to 20 to calculate the corresponding Fibonacci
number.
There are some limitations in the mobile version of the compiler.
